Rent the space for your event

This beautiful two-story residential space (my home) is available to rent for trusted facilitators in any of the below fields.

The enquiry call ensures Akasa is the right fit for your intended use. It allows us to confirm suitability, answer questions, and maintain a respectful and well-managed environment.
No. All bookings require an enquiry call and approval before a booking link is provided.
A 50% deposit is required once you receive your private booking link to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is paid 24 hours before your event.
Yes. Once the deposit is paid, your booking is confirmed and secured.
We operate with a reschedule policy if the you cancel the event 4 weeks before the date you can reschedule de event, however you won’t be refunded the 50% deposit, if you cancel less than 4 weeks before the event you cannot reschedule and you will also lose the deposit.

Maximum capacity of the space is 20 guests plus 2 facilitators max for £50 per hour you can have additional 10 guests up to 30 for an extra £5 per person and 4 facilitators.

When booking the space please have in consideration the cleaning time and allow yourself to a minimum of 1 hour of set up and pack down. An additional cleaning fee will be charged if the space is not left as you found i
