We will explore your fears, desires, boundaries, self-expression, subconscious beliefs, and your relationship to power, purpose, pleasure, being seen, and more. This journey is entirely bespoke to you and will emerge from the living field, guided by your intentions, your unique soul path and mission, and whatever is present in the moment that is asking to be witnessed, integrated and healed. You are invited to take time off around your bleed to go deeper into self-reflection and we will choose times that work for us both to meet on Zoom.
Additional bespoke recorded practices to assist your process
These voice-note or video recordings will be tailored to your needs based on what comes up in our sessions, and may include emotional release, nervous system regulation, desire and pleasure guided practices, as well as journal prompts.

This is the only way to work with me 1:1 in which you are invited to check in with me between sessions via text messages and voice-notes.
