Sadhana in Sanskrit means 'realisation'. It is a daily spiritual practice, and can take many forms.
My Sadhana is many things - challenging, easy, strong, soft, playful, earthy, etheric, opening, rejuvenating, energizing, relaxing, grounding, shamanic... Sometimes Yin; sometimes Yang.
There are no rules.
Find Your Sadhana offers you many different ways to connect with your body and the Divine / God / The Universe (whatever word you resonate with most).
Your spiritual practice may change as you go through your menstrual cycle (if you have one) and depend on your health, energy and mood. What works one day may not resonate the next.
My intention is that you explore, play and discover new ways to support yourself in your human experience by connecting to your body, the anchor that holds you always as you move you through the ups and downs of life.
I hope to inspire you to find your sadhana - your own unique spiritual practice - taking what resonates from this program into your daily life.
